Privacy Policy

Draft summary for the STEADY marketing website. This is not final legal advice and requires legal review before being treated as a complete privacy policy.

Overview

This page describes how the STEADY marketing website handles information submitted through contact and early-access forms. It is a basic summary for website visitors and is not final legal advice. A fuller privacy policy may replace this after legal review.

Information the forms collect

Depending on which form you use, STEADY may collect your name, email address, interest type (individual, clinician, or clinic/team), whether you own a heart-rate monitor, device type, profession, practice type, approximate client count, organization, role, team size, use case, timeline, and a free-text message. Forms may also record the page path and browser user agent to help us understand how the request was submitted.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage early-access and demo requests, follow up on clinic or team interest, and improve STEADY’s website and product direction. We do not use marketing-site form submissions to diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions.

Storage and notifications

Submitted lead information may be stored in Supabase. Internal notification emails about new leads may be sent through Resend. These services process the information only so we can receive and respond to your request.

Retention and deletion

We keep form submissions as needed to manage early access, demos, and follow-up. You may request deletion of your marketing-site lead information by contacting us through the Contact page. We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify that information where appropriate.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests related to this website, use the Contact page. Do not send emergency medical information through website forms.
