Guided Protocols
No sensor required. STEADY provides structured breathing guidance, subjective check-ins, session history, and AI reflection based on protocol and self-report.
Measured Protocols
Compatible HRM required or recommended. Capture heart-rate and RR interval data when available for Recovery Dynamics and longitudinal physiology trends.
RR interval availability
RR interval availability depends on device, OS, permissions, firmware, and signal quality. Some wearables may provide heart-rate data but not reliable RR intervals to third-party apps.
Apple Watch note
Apple Watch support may vary by available data and permissions. Some enhanced RR interval workflows may require a compatible external HRM.
