No for Guided Protocols. Yes for full Measured Protocols. Without a sensor, STEADY can guide the protocol and save your check-in/session history. With a compatible HRM, STEADY can capture the physiology signal used for Adaptive Exhale, Recovery Dynamics, and longitudinal AI-guided review.
No. External HRM hardware is sold separately.
Apple Watch support may vary based on device, OS version, permissions, and what data is available to third-party apps. Some enhanced RR interval workflows may require a compatible external HRM.
RR intervals are the time intervals between successive heartbeats. When available with sufficient quality, they can support more detailed recovery analysis.
Recovery Dynamics are STEADY’s training analytics for evaluating how your physiology responds during and after a protocol. They are not diagnostic metrics.
