STEADY

How STEADY works

STEADY is a professional closed-loop regulation and recovery platform. Structured breathing rhythms are the practice stimulus — then the loop continues through adaptation, recovery, reflection, and professional review.

  1. Step 1

    Guide

Clients follow structured inhale, hold, and exhale rhythms as a repeatable practice stimulus.

  2. Step 2

    Adapt

When available signals and confidence allow, session logic can adjust timing, intensity, recovery pacing, and reflection framing.

  3. Step 3

    Recover

STEADY keeps the loop open through a recovery window and captures recovery-aware context for reflection — not as a score.

  4. Step 4

    Review

Clients and professionals can review practice history, reflections, and available physiological context through the professional dashboard when permitted.

Signals as context, not scores

Available physiological context can support pacing, recovery-aware reflection, and practice review when permitted. STEADY does not use signals as diagnosis, readiness scores, or pass/fail grades.

Apple Watch can support live companion cues and heart-rate context when available and permitted. Supported chest straps may provide higher-confidence beat-to-beat signals when available. Signal availability and confidence depend on device, OS permissions, and connection quality.
